Not due Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important time of the day. Unfortunately, many people miss the reason busy or do not have enough time. Though many diseases lurking when you rarely breakfast.

A healthy breakfast has several components, including whole grains, lean protein, low-fat milk and fresh fruits and vegetables. The combination of food groups that provide fiber, protein, complex carbohydrates and some fats, allowing the body to feel full longer, thus preventing you from snacking or overeating.

1. Obesity
